Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies from 5 to 15 business days, depending on each individual item.

Please note that my processes are handmade, and that the preparation times depend on the queue in the workshop, I will be happy to update you on how your order is going.

For the ash pieces, FIRST I HAVE TO RECEIVE THE ASH, and then the time will be between two to three weeks if they are cast pieces and between 5 to 10 days if they are pieces where the ashes go under the stone.

Europe: 3-15 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days

Asia Pacific: 10-20 business days

Canada: 6-20 business days

Singapore: 7-21 business days

United Kingdom: 7-21 business days

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
